Every November at my school, we celebrate internationalism with a parade, festival, and loads of other celebrations. Today was the International Parade. Woo hoo!
I love it. During the parade, the kids wear traditional clothes from their country, and carry flags, then march through the school campus in all their bright colors. It's beautiful.
Every year I wear a sari (because I love all things Indian!), and today, I was given not only a sari as a gift, but also a salwar kameez. They're both beautiful!
This is the first sari I’ve had that has a matching blouse and petticoat (essentials) and I’ve never even worn a salwar kameez. I got to rock both looks:
